Present Criminal Revision has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 22-10-2021 passed by the learned First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) in MCC Case No.288/2020 (Smt. Asha Patel Vs. Tulsiram Patel). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was sent for mediation and parties have settled their dispute before the Mediation Center of this Court and prepared a report/settlement to that Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN 2 effect on 28-03-2025. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties the petitioner now does not want to press the present criminal revision. 3.
