Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled vide memorandum of settlement (MOS) dated 07.08.2024 produced as - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2007 CRL.P No. 10773 of 2024 Annexure-P to the petition and impugned proceedings may be quashed. 4. The aforesaid joint submission is placed on record. 5. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties vide MOS dated 07.08.2024, FIR in Crime No.374/2020 registered by K.R.Puram Police Station, on the file of IX Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court (ACMM) for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC and Sections 51 and 63 of Copyright Act, 1957, are hereby quashed.
