Pet. No.358 of 2024, on the ground that earlier the execution petition No.358 of 2025 had been disposed of on 06.05.2024. Earlier also a similar application was filed bearing CMP No.21831 of 2025 dated 10.08.2025 for revival of the proceedings in Execution Petition on the same grounds which was disposed of by this Court on 08.09.2025 by passing a speaking order, keeping in view the fact that the benefits had already been given. Resultantly, in view of the earlier order passed by this Court, counsel is not in a position to press the present application, therefore, the same is dismissed as having not pressed. ( G.S.
