GP FOR HOME (AP) 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “….to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Police Authorities in interfering, harassing and obstructing the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners residential house bearing D.No. 2-93, Pulaparthi Vari Thota, Mogalturu Mandal, West Godavari District and harassing the petitioners as illegal and unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India apart from violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to take action against respondents 7 and 8 for violating the procedure known to law by restraining them from any kind of interference with the petitioners peaceful enjoyment of her property and pass.…” 2. Heard Sri Pasala Ponna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s residential house bearing No.2-93, Pulparthi Vari Thota, Mogalturu Mandal, West Godavari District. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit basing on the report, the Crime Nos.130 of 2018 has been registered against the unofficial respondents herein. 5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
