The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging his transfer order dated 26.06.2025, whereby he has been transferred from Primary Health Centre, Adenga, District Kondagaon to Primary Health Centre, Baderajpur, District Kondagaon on administrative exigency. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having difficulty as his minor daughter is suffering from Beta Thalassemia and there is regular blood transfusion required to her minor daughter. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection, if such a direction has been made to the committee to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within the stipulated time frame in accordance with the transfer policy dated 05.06.2025 and other applicant circular/policy. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and in view of the representation dated 27.06.2025, the transfer committee is directed to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2025 within 04 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with the transfer policy dated 05.06.2025 and other applicable circular/policy. 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order within a week to the transfer committee. He is also at liberty to make his detailed representation before the committee concerned and the committee concerned shall decide the same along with the pending representation dated 27.06.2025. 6. Till the decision of the transfer committee on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2025, the parties shall maintain the status quo with respect to the posting of the petitioner. 7.
