When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions would submit that the two crimes has been registered agisnt the petitioner regarding them the police are calling the petitioner to the police station. 04. In that view, this petition is disposed of. However, police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crimes which are registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
