I have heard Sri.Syamkuttan, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Suvin R.Menon, the learned CGC . 3. I notice that the petitioner has already submitted Ext.P4 application pointing out his grievance before the 3rd respondent herein. 4. Sri.Suvin R. Menon, the learned CGC would point out that Ext.P4 itself is not maintainable, insofar as the shop rooms in question are under the ownership of the Cantonment Board under the provisions of the Cantonment Act. In such circumstances, this writ petition would stand disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 filed by the petitioner, as W.P.(C)No.3840 of 2023 3 2025:KER:25232 expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
