The Order dated:30.10.2019 passed by the second respondent vide Annexure-A is called into question in this Writ Petition on several grounds as setout in the Memorandum of Writ Petition. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6715 WP No. 51924 of 2019 4. The impugned order is furnished along with the Writ Petition and the same is marked as Annexure-A. A perusal of the same reflects that the tender was allotted to the first respondent for a period commencing from 01.07.2019 to 30.06.2024 for a period of five years. Now we are in the month of February 2025. Due to efflux of time, the order has spent itself as of today. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition.
