The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 27(A)/2014 arising out of Boarijore P.S. Case No. 20/2013, for the offences registered under Sections 364/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Godda. 3. This is the case of misuse of privilege of bail by petitioner for a period of about four years. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for last six months. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
