Rama Thakur in FAO No.488 of 2017 for release of award amount. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant- Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. submits that he has no objection in case the application is allowed. Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is granted. The entire balance award amount in terms of judgment dated 08.04.2025, passed in FAO No.488 of 2017 by this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant along with proportionate interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to the bank account as detailed in para 3 of the application, after due verification.
