Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Birni P.S. Case No. 04/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 858/2025, for the offence registered under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Giridih. On 03.01.2025, eight unknown persons committed dacoity in the house of the informant. The dacoits looted Rs.2,50,000/-, jewelries and other valuable articles from there. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he has been put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Giridih, in connection with Birni P.S. Case No. 04/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 858/2025.
