By way of the present petition the petitioner is praying for the following relief: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pay 2 compensation of amount of Rs. 5,58,000/- as because of negligent act of the respondent authorities, the petitioner suffered a loss. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pay interest in the above said amount. 10.3 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any particular order, but seeking direction to direct the respondent authorities to provide the amount, which caused financial loss of Rs. 5,58,000/- to the petitioner by the respondent department, whereby the Nayab Tahsildar and Food Inspector after making inspection of the paddy, which was brought by the petitioner for sell in the Paddy Purchase Centre, wrongly came to the conclusion that the petitioner has brought old paddy (Rabi) for the purpose of selling into the society and because of this they made seizure of 187 bags full of paddy stating it to be old (Rabi) paddy, whereas in the village no farmers were doing Rabi Crops from the last three years. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation and in turn the respondents shall be directed to decide his representation. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record 3 with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the submission of the counsel for the petitioner and respondents, the petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before SDO (R) within 15 days from today and in turn respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously as soon as possible in accordance with law,rules, regulations. 6.
