The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order dated 20.12.2024 (Annexure P/1) and further direct the respondent authorities to sanctioned and approved the tender of the petitioner for item No.8 of the Tender Document i.e. Construction of C.C. Road from Panchayat Building to the house of Banahil Khar up to the house of Gopal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by the terms and conditions of the tender on the same rate and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of its grievance. He further pointed out that till date, no fresh tender has been issued by the respondents. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the 3 petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
