Yes. 2 Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. decided on 29.11.2024. 3. Prayer, being innocuous, is considered and allowed. 4. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order strictly in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
