Lahrey, Advocate, For State : Ms. Shailja Shukla, Deputy Government Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE -2- Order on Board 02.09. 2025 1) The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief:- “10.i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, direction/directions thereby directing to the respondent authorities particularly respondent no. 4 to reinstate the petitioners in service with all consequential benefit within stipulate time in accordance with law at looking to low condition of the petitioners and their family member and also to direct respondent authorities to release rest amount of petitioner's salary, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2) Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were working under respondents No.3 & 4 as daily rated employees in the years 2008, 2015 and 2017, and thereafter, their services were discontinued without assigning any reason in the year 2019. He would further submit that the petitioners had made representations before respondents No.2 to 4 in the year 2020, but those representations have not been decided till date. 3) On the other hand, learned State counsel would oppose the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 4) Heard. -3- 5) Considering the limited submission made by Mr. Koshaley, the petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to make a fresh representation before respondents No.2 to 4 and, in turn, the authorities concerned are directed to consider and decide the claims of the petitioners in an objective manner expeditiously. 6) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 7) With the aforesaid observation(s) and direction(s), the petition is hereby disposed of at the admission stage itself.
