ORDER:
The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against him in C.C.No.3678 of 2025 on the file of the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore for the offences punishable under Sections 461 of GHMC Act, 1955 and Section 88 of APMRUDA Act, 5 of 2016.
2. Heard Sri Janardhana Reddy Ponaka, learned counsel for the Petitioner/Accused and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be
disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the private complaint in C.C.No.3678 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.
5. Considering the submissions, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.3678 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible without granting any adjournments in a casual way by mere asking.
