The present Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction for disposal of A.S.No.28 of 2023 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District. 3. The appellant in the above said appeal is the unsuccessful plaintiff in O.S.No.141 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Anaparthi. The suit appears to have been filed for recovery of amount on the foot of Promissory Note. Be that as it may. 4. The learned counsel for the appellant at the time of hearing, had drawn the attention of the Court to the relevant docket proceedings. 5. Considering the submissions made with reference to the docket proceedings and the grounds, this Court is of the considered opinion that it is not a fit case to exercise the extraordinary powers conferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 6. Therefore, the present Revision Petition is dismissed. However, this Order would not preclude the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) from disposing of the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with the Law. No costs.
