ORDER:
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed in view of issuance of G.O.Rt.No.100 dated 11.03.2025 by withdrawing the disciplinary action against the Petitioner. The Petitioner counsel further submits that he had addressed a letter dated 15.07.2025 informing the Registry that the writ petition does not survive further adjudication.
2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and letter dated 15.07.2025 filed in the Registry; the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
