From perusal of the Para- 7 of the order under contempt dated 21.11.2021, it transpires the petitioner was directed to make a fresh representation before the respondent No. 1 & 2 and in turn the authority concerned was directed to decide the same in objective manner preferably within a period of 120 days. It also transpires that though the representation is annexed with the petition as annexure A-2 but there is ALOK SHARMA Digitally signed by ALOK SHARMA Date: 2025.07.11 17:40:33 +0530 2 no receiving in that representation as to whether the same has been made before the authority concerned or not. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make afresh representation before the authority concerned and then the authority concerned will decide the same as directed by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.11.2024. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to make his fresh representation before the respondent Nos.1 & 2 of the writ petition within two weeks from today and if such a representation is being made by the petitioner along with the copy of this order, the same shall be decide in objective manner preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of the fresh representation by the petitioner. 5.
