P SUBASH The Court made the following: ORDER The above contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of order dated 02.01.2018 in W.P.No.43721 of 2017. 2. The petitioner filed the above said writ petition complaining non- consideration of his application dated 05.09.2017. The writ petition was disposed of on 02.01.2018 directing the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the petitioner’s application dated 05.09.2017 and pass appropriate order within a period of six weeks. 3. Complaining non-implementation of order, the above contempt case is filed. 4. A reply affidavit was filed by the 1st respondent. Along with reply affidavit, the proceedings issued by him vide Rc.B/286/2017, dated 07.12.2021 was filed. A perusal of the said proceedings would disclose that in pursuance of the order dated 02.01.2018 in W.P.No.43721 of 2017, the petitioner’s application was considered and order was passed. 5. In view of the same, the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that order dated 02.01.2018 in W.P.No.43721 of 2017 is not complied with, is misconceived. 6.
