Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Pushkar Sinha, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the pending application of the petitioner for grant of lease pertaining to Survey No. 313, old Survey No. 206 admeasuring 1.610 hectare situated at Village Urumduga, Tehsil Baikunthpur, District Koriya dated 14.03.2019 preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned would be at liberty to decide the application on its own merits. The concerned authority shall provide sufficient opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondent No. 5. 6. With the aforesaid direction(s), the petition is disposed of.
