GP FOR EDUCATION The Court made the following Order: This Writ Petition has been filed to declare the action of the Respondent No.2 in issuing proceedings vide RC.No.ESE02- 28023/23/2021-PLG-CSE, dated 24.11.2021, instructing all the Regional Joint Directors and District Educational Officers in the State to issue show cause notices to all the schools as to why the recognition should not be withdrawn for the schools where the enrolment is less than 20 from classes I to V as per Rule 16 of 2 the Rules under the Right to Education Act, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the AP Education Act, 1982 and G.O.Ms.No.1 dated 01.01.1994. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
