PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397, 398 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., is filed aggrieved by the order dated 02.01.2009 passed by the Family Court, Visakhapatnam in M.C.No.42 of 2005. 2. Heard Sri P.V.S.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel, representing learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. A perusal of the report submitted by the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Visakhapatnam-cum-Civil Judge (Senior Division), goes to show that notice was issued to the petitioner and respondent on 27.02.2025 but the notice of the petitioner-J.Narayana Rao was returned with an endorsement ‘no such person in the given address’. 4. As seen from the revision proceedings, petitioner-J.Narayana Rao has questioned the order passed in M.C.No.42 of 2005 granting maintenance amount. Despite best efforts, whereabouts of the petitioner could not be known. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition. 5. In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default.
