(Oral) Respondent-State has filed status report and HC Sunil Kumar, I/O PS Haroli, District Una, Himachal Pradesh, has come present with record. 2. Careful perusal of status report reveals that criminal case against the petitioner, which is subject matter of the present petition, has been listed today for final arguments before the trial Court. 3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to consider prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail coupled with the fact that as many as 27 cases already stand registered against him. 2 4. Faced with aforesaid situation, learned Legal Aid Counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh at appropriate stage. 5.
