GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:- “…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the 4th respondent in considering the representation dated 21.06.2017 submitted by the petitioner for release of the Tractor bearing No.AP30W 2999 and the Trailer bearing No.AP30V 7076 of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the orders in W.P.No.18680 of 2017, dated 13.06.2017, and consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 21.06.2017 submitted by the petitioner for release of the Tractor bearing No.AP3OW 2999 and the Trailer bearing No.AP30V 7076 to the petitioner herein, and pass ….”. 2 2. This Court on 18.09.2017 while issuing ‘Rule Nisi’ has passed the following interim order:- “… There shall be a direction to the respondents to release the Tractor bearing No.AP 30W 2999 and the Trailer bearing No.AP 30V 7076, subject to the petitioner paying half of the amount fixed by the respondent authorities”. 3. Heard Mr. Giri Babu Marthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 4. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court on 18.09.2017, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and it may be closed. 5. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
