By the present application, the Applicant prays for condonation of delay of 13 days caused in filing the application for restoration. The Applicant further prayed for restoration of Criminal Application No.3359/2024 which has been dismissed in pursuance of order dated 18.10.2024 for non- compliance of office objections. 3. Considering the explanation given by the Applicant, the delay of 13 days caused in filing the application for restoration is hereby condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/-.
