The petitioner has impugned the order dated 7th February 2023, whereby he was dismissed from the post of Lambardar of Village krieni Mandhar Tehsil Haveli and also the order dated 10th February 2023, whereby the respondent No. 2 was appointed as Lambardar for above mentioned Village on temporary basis. 2. This petition was filed in the year 2023 but no interim directions were issued by this Court in respect of staying the orders impugned in this petition. It is evident from the record that private respondent was appointed as Lambardar on temporary basis. More than two years have elapsed. 3. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents to hold elections for the post of Lambardar for Village Krieni, within a period of three months.
