2. On the ground that the learned counsel who is appearing for the petitioner is no more, on 11.07.2024, Court notice was ordered to the petitioner.
3. However, Court notice issued to petitioner is returned with report of the concerned police stating that petitioner is no more. The report states that the petitioner has died on 19.12.2022. His legal heirs have not come forward to prosecute the matter.
4. This revision petition is filed by the petitioner/accused challenging his conviction and sentence

imposed by the trial Court for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the N.I Act, which came to be confirmed by the Sessions Court by dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner/accused.
5. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the petition is dismissed as abated. The respondent/complainant is at liberty to proceed against the property of the accused to recover the fine amount.
All pending application/s, if any, stands disposed of, as no separate order is required.
