Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a personal affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 2/District Magistrate, Licensing Authority, Agra, is placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. 2. It is stated in the aforesaid affidavit that an order dated 04.04.2025 (wrongly mentioned as 04.04.2024) has already been passed him rejecting the application of the petitioner. 3. After going through the same, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order before appropriate forum. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed. 6. Certified copy of order which is appended along-with the petition, office is directed to return the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after keeping the photocopy of the same.
