As such, they have no instructions as to whether anything survives in the writ petition or not. 2. Since the matter pertains to the year 2004 and the petitioner has not been pursuing the case through his advocate, it shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (02) months.
