PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 17.11.2009 passed by the Family-cum- Additional District Judge, Guntur, in M.C.No.9 of 2009. 2. Heard. Perused the entire material on record. 3. Pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 09.4.2025, the Secretary- cum-Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Legal Services Authority, Guntur, submitted a report stating that there are no matrimonial disputes pending before the Family Court, Guntur. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite best efforts, he could not trace out the address particulars of the petitioner though he tried to contact to the address shown in the petition. 5. In the said facts of the case, having no other go, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition. 6. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non- prosecution.
