This is being moved because of ongoing illness of the petitioner and a consequent proposition that it would have been impossible for him to impregnate someone. This is not a material change in circumstance so as to maintain a second application for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the second application for anticipatory bail, without there being any material change in circumstance, is rejected as not maintainable. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
