Raghunandan Rao) Heard Sri Eluru Sesha Mahesh Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri T.V. Sridevi, leanred Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent-Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences. 2. The petitioner had appeared for NEET UG-2025 examination for admission into the under-graduate medical courses in the State of Andhra 2 HCJ & RRR, J W.P.No.25480 of 2025 Pradesh. She had secured All India Rank 219945 with 395 marks. At the time of application for admission to the medical courses, under the online counseling system, the petitioner had registered only for counseling of Category-A seats and did not register for counseling for Category B & C seats. The petitioner contends that she had not made such an application, as she had been misguided into believing that she is not eligible for Category B & C seats. 3. The petitioner has now approached this Court seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to permit her to register herself for counseling for Category B & C seats in MBBS. 4. This Court in a similar situation, in W.P.No.21757 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025 and W.P.No.22057 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025, had refused similar reliefs sought by the petitioners therein. 5. In that view of the matter, following the said judgments, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
