The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents and learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 to 5. Perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 to 5 would submit that Petitioner obtained an ex-parte decree against the respondents 3 to 5 and thereafter, respondents 3 to 5 filed a restoration petition and the suit in OS No.330 of 2017 was restored to its file. Learned counsel would submit that subsequently, the suit

was dismissed for default vide order dated 18.07.2023 and that the relief has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for Petitioner would submit recording the said submission this writ Petition may be disposed of. 5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
