The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Devipur P.S. Case No. 168/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 25(6) & 35of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Alok Marandi, learned Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. On 23.11.2024 at about 1:20 A.M., Devipur Police apprehended the petitioner and on search, a country made pistol and a live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2024. 5. Learned Special P.P. opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has been made accused in other two cases. 6. Considering the fact that petitioner has got criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
