Heard Sri Subba Rao Korrapati, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner; Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and Sri V. Sai Kiran, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for ZPPs, MPPs and Gram Panchayat.
2. On 03.03.2025, this Court has passed the following Order:
“3. The Written Instruction would indicate that the Gram Panchayat has encroached upon the land of the Petitioner. Having identified the encroachment, the Gram Panchayat has removed the encroachment between 11.02.2025 and 17.02.2025.
4. Sri Subba Rao Korrapathi, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner seeks time to obtain Instructions from his client.
5. List the matter on 05.03.2025 immediately after the motion list.”
3. Sri Subba Rao Korrapati, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on instructions from his Client, would submit that the encroachments have been removed by the Official Respondents, and therefore, no further consideration is required.
4. In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is closed, in view of the fact that the grievance of the Writ Petitioner has been appropriately redressed by the Official Respondents. No Order as to Costs.
