Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that inadvertently necessary correction was not made by the petitioner in the main petition and in view of the peremptory order the ABA was dismissed. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State through V.C. has got no serious objection if the said A.B.A. is restored to its original filed. 4. For the reasons assigned in the present Cr.M.P. the Court finds that sufficient cause has been made out for the restoration of A.B.A. Filing No.15046 of 2025.
