Issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant license or certificate to vend as per the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act 2014. II. Issue writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the street vendors to do vending in Nagar Panchayat Mirehchi District Etah. III. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondents from removing the street vendors from the footpath near office of Block Education Officer Mirehchi District Etah." The petitioner may approach the appropriate authority under the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 who shall take action in accordance with law.
