Sahani, Advocate For the O.Ps: Mr. Suresh Kumar, S.C (L&C)-II ----- 05/18.12.2025 The present C.M.P has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 15.02.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1339/2020, particularly, correction of Khata No. of the land in question as ‘76’. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact Khata No. of the land in question was wrongly mentioned in the said writ petition as ‘75’, due to which the order dated 15.02.2021 also contained the same error. It is further submitted that the actual Khata No. of the land in question is ‘76’. Since the said mistake is a typographical one, Khata No. mentioned in the order dated 15.02.2021 may be ordered to be corrected as ‘76’. 3. Vide order dated 11.12.2025, Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned S.C (L&C)-II appearing on behalf of the opposites parties, was granted time to take instruction with regard to the petitioner’s prayer seeking the aforesaid modification in the order dated 15.02.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1339/2020. 4. Pursuant thereto, a counter affidavit has been filed by the O.P.No.3 stating that the correct Khata No. of the land in question was verified and confirmed as ‘Khata No. 76’. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact and keeping in view that the mistake of Khata No. occurring in the order dated 15.02.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1339/2020 is a typographical one, the same is ordered to be corrected as ‘76’ instead of ‘75’. 2025:JHHC:38102 6.
