The petitioner herein claims allotment of 5% developed abadi land out of his acquired land in Khasra Nos. 209, 210 & 212 in Khata No. 21, Khasra Nos. 178 & 188M in Khata No. 23, Khasra Nos. 61 & 63 in Khata No. 28, Khasra No. 132, 134, 178 & 180 Khata No. 28A and Khasra Nos. 60, 63, 123, 132, 146, 120, 121, 122M, 181 & 187 in Khata No. 29 situated at Village- Rohilapur (Nangli Nangla), Pargana Dadri, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, as per Board meeting of Noida Authority. 2. The issue raised herein would require a factual inquiry. 3. Shri Kaushlendra Nath Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-Authority. 4. Without entering into the merits of the case, we direct that the petitioner shall file a fresh representation before the respondent- Authority within two weeks from today along with a copy of this order and the respondent-Authority is under obligation to take an expeditious decision by passing a reasoned and speaking order strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a further period of six weeks. 5.
