The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “ It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set-aside the impugned First Information Report (Annexure P-1) registered against the petitioners bearing Crime No. 164 of 2019 registered at Police Station Moudahapara, Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh; the impugned charge sheet and also the order taking cognizance and the entire proceeding of Criminal Case bearing Case No.6500 of 2020 "State of Chhattisgarh vs. Pradeep Agrawal and Others" pending in the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, in the interest of justice. This Hon'ble Court be further pleased to quash and set-aside the order framing charges dated 19/09/2022 (Annexure P-4), the charges framed (Annexure P-5) and the order dated 20/03/2023 (Annexure P-6). This Hon'ble Court be further pleased to pass such other orders as it may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of the Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Case No. 6500/2020, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide order dated 08.03.2025. 3 3.
