[2025:RJ-JP:34401-DB] (2 of 2) [CMAP-201/2022] Counsel for the applicant submits that this Court while disposing of the contempt petition vide order dated 01.12.2021 given liberty to the applicant for revival of the contempt petition in case the complete compliance is not made. The applicant submitted that the State Government has made payment to the applicant, however, the institution has failed to pay the amount as per their share. In that view of the matter, the D.B.
