Learned trial court vide impugned order dated 30.09.2019 dismissed the petitioner's application citing the cogent reason that petitioner remained absent since 2012 and declared as absconder on 03.08.2015, thereafter several attempts were made to secure the presence of the petitioner but he did not turn-up. Therefore, considering the above fact, this court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. petition stands dismissed.
