The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barwadda P.S. Case No. 55/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2862/2025(S), for the offences registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Parmanand Upadhyay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. On 16.03.2025, truck of the informant bearing registration no. JH10AC-4845 was stolen away by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that stolen vehicle was recovered from possession of co-accused persons, who have been granted bail by a co- ordinate Bench of this Court. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Parmanand Upadhyay, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad or his successor in connection with Barwadda P.S.
