In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide C.C.No.1051 of 2024 has already been filed on the file of XI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalli, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforesaid charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
