Sri.M.J.Alva., counsel for the petitioner and Sri.K.B.Monesh Kumar., counsel for respondents 1 and 2 have appeared in person.
2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to implement the
order dated 20.08.2019 passed by the second respondent in ¸ÀASÉå: ¨ÉAdªÀÄA/¸ÀPÁ¤C(¥À)-4/¸À(ZÀA.§)-2/911/2019-20 vide Annexure-E within a time frame.

3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.
4. Counsel for the petitioner in presenting his
arguments contends that respondents 3 to 5 have failed to comply with the directions of BWSSB and the BWSSB has not taken any action in the matter. Hence, the petitioner has sought a mandamus. Counsel therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed.
5. It appears that the petitioner has grievance against private respondents 3 to 5 for not obeying the directions of BWSSB. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, he may agitate his grievance before the appropriate forum in accordance with the law, if so advised.
