The petitioner is before this court praying for issuance of direction to respondent authorities to consider her case for regularization. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner was appointed to the post of Waterman on 29.11.1997 in the office of respondent No.4 on collector rate as a daily wager employee and still continue. The petitioner has continued in this employment since about more than 28 years, but has Digitally signed by INDRAJEET SAHU Date: 2025.07.18 18:25:32 +0530 2 not been regularized. The petitioner has entitlement for regularization in view of circular of the State Government dated 05-03-2008 (Annexure-P/6). Therefore, it is prayed that appropriate direction be issued. 3. The State counsel representing respondent authorities opposes the petition submitting that the petitioner has no entitlement for regularization on the basis of the circular on which she is placing reliance. 4. Considered the submissions. 5. The petitioner has already filed a representation for regularization to the post of Waterman on 20.05.2025 but the same is pending so far without any decision. Therefore, this petition is disposed off. Respondents No.2 to 4 are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in the light of the circular of the State Government dated 05-03-2008 and also taking cognizance of the order of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of Narendra Kumar Tiwari and others Vs. State of Jharkhand and others, (2018) 8 SCC 238. It is directed that this order be complied within a time limit of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
