GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent and his Police personnel in interfering the petitioners 1 and 2 personal life and liberty and trying arrest the petitioner without involvement in any crime is illegal arbitrary, violation of article 19 and 21 of constitution of India and Violation of principles of natural justice 2 and consequently direct the respondent no. 3 not to interfere petitioners 1 and 2 personnel life and liberty.” 2. Sri Satish Kumar Eerla, leaned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Police are interfering with the personal life and liberty of the Petitioners and they are visiting the house of the Petitioners without any reason. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, Crime is registered against the Petitioners. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police to follow due process of law regarding the crime registered against the Petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
