Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(6), 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 02.09.2025, Karra police apprehended this petitioner and co- accused persons from Kulhutu forest. Two live cartridges and one magazine are alleged to have recovered from the possession of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2025. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the offence, as alleged, is triable by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Karra P.S.
