1. The appellant/claimant has filed this appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 for enhancement of compensation against the award passed by the learned VIIIth Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) in Claim Case No. Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI Date: 2025.09.22 11:12:14 +0530
2 41/2015 dated 17.05.2019, wherein and whereby the learned Clams Tribunal directed to make payment of compensation to the tune of Rs.40,00/- with interest @ 7% per annum from the date of filing of the application till realization and has fastened the liability upon the respondents 1 to 3 jointly and severally to pay compensation.
2. The matter is called twice, no one appeared on behalf of the appellant in the first round as well as in the second round. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. Sd/-
